It is a multimedia work consisting of 5 wood logs (Juglans Nigra wood trunk) in their original state that support the six containers made of corn flour, husk of maize and copper wire. Informed by Pre-Columbian culture, this installation is an interactive piece that looks for a connection with the viewer through direct participation, in which the dialogue and relational moments make the piece complete.
Symbols of Peruvian Pre-Columbian cultures accompany the pieces, alongside some words in Quechua. Words that are not only engraved on the vessels but also reproduced in a looped audio recording through a speaker.
The Quechua words referred to above are just a few that belong to the heritage of the Precolumbian civilization in Peru, which still survives as a form of resistance to colonialism.
